Where do I find my assembly guide?
Choose your product and size above to see the resources currently linked to it. Follow the instructions included with your furniture. If you need a copy, ask Max or email info@sylunus.com with your product name and size.
Will I need a second pair of hands?
Check your product’s instructions for the required number of adults. A second adult can help hold larger pieces steady. Two people are recommended for Moderate and Difficult assembly.
What if a part doesn’t seem to fit?
Pause and check the part number, orientation, and previous step. Don’t force it. Ask Max for help before continuing.
What if something is missing or damaged?
Stop assembly and email info@sylunus.com with your order number, product name, and the part number from the instructions. Include clear photos if something is damaged.
Can I use a drill or power tool?
Follow your product’s instructions. If power tools are permitted, use the lowest setting and avoid overtightening.
What should I check before the first night?
Complete every step and final check in your product’s instructions, including any required wall anchoring. Check that all required hardware, mattress supports, and safety components are securely fitted. Follow the product’s mattress, age, and use requirements. If something feels loose or you’re unsure, pause and ask for help before use.
