Bedding Shipping
We ship bedding orders within the United States.
- Standard shipping: $8, or free on bedding orders of $375 or more.
- Express shipping: $19.99, including on orders of $375 or more.

Furniture & Mattress Delivery
Online furniture and mattress delivery is available within our NYC local-delivery area. Eligible addresses are checked by ZIP code at checkout.
- Orders below $375: $19.99 for local delivery.
- Orders of $375 or more: free local delivery.
For eligible NYC orders containing furniture or mattresses together with bedding, local delivery is charged once for the order. Furniture delivery is to the building entrance.
Usually delivered within 3–7 business days for in-stock items. Delivery times are estimates. We will contact you to coordinate delivery when your order is ready.
Addresses Outside Our Delivery Area
Online furniture delivery is available within NYC only. For other locations, contact orders@sylunus.com to discuss delivery options. An inquiry does not confirm delivery availability.
Preorders
Preorders are not available for immediate delivery. They follow the estimated availability shown on the product page and in your order details.
The 3–7 business day estimate for in-stock items does not apply while a preorder is awaiting availability. Choosing express shipping does not bring a preorder’s availability date forward.
Pickup
Warehouse pickup is available by appointment. Please call, text or WhatsApp us at 718 851 0367, or email orders@sylunus.com to schedule your pickup. Please arrange a pickup time with us before visiting the warehouse.
